From portfolio problem to platform
Arnold Energy is the energy consulting practice of Arnold Development Group (ADG), a multifamily real estate firm that acquires, repositions, and manages apartment communities across multiple markets.
We built our energy analysis methodology for our own portfolio first. When we saw the impact — reduced operating expenses, increased property value, and better-performing buildings — we decided to make it available to other owners and operators.

Financial accretiveness first
Every recommendation must reduce operating expenses or increase NOI on a risk-adjusted basis. If it doesn't improve your bottom line, we don't recommend it.
Real dollars only
No social cost of carbon, no "avoided emissions value," no "green premium." Every savings number corresponds to a real utility bill reduction or tax credit dollar.
Objective advice
We don't sell equipment, install solar panels, or earn referral fees. Our only product is analysis and advice — we succeed when your buildings perform better.
Conservative assumptions
We use low-end savings estimates and high-end cost estimates. You get honest ranges, not false precision designed to oversell a project.
